Assalamualeykum wrbt...

as we've all known,Allah swt has once again tried his servants...this time...He tried the servants in Pakistan/India/Afghanistan.

Before anything...lets start by offering al-Fatihah to our late brothers and sisters...



We, as Muslims should not allow this to weaken our faith in Him.When Allah swt even tried His beloved Messanger...why would not He try us?
we should remember...

Sura' al-Baqarah aya' 214 :"Or do ye think that ye shall enter the Garden (of bliss) without such (Trials) as came to those who passed away before you? they encountered suffering and adversity, and were so shaken in spirit that even the Messenger and those of faith who were with him cried: "When (will come) the help of Allah." Ah! Verily, the help of Allah is (always) near! "

We should accept this tragedy as a taqdir (fate). there is no escape from His plans...after all Allah s.w.t knows what we knows not.

After all...if you see the other bright side of this..all of those who died...will get the first class ticket to Janaat-ul-Naiim...remember?..Hell's gates are closed in Ramadhan.

How can we help them?...as for the victims who've dead in the tragedy...i recommend you to read this...article on HOW THE LIVING cAN HELP THE DEAD

but my major concern is for the survivor.Personally i wish to go to the area affected and help out with my sweat and money.But due to financial and age restrictions...i've not a chance to do so.
I do recommend you all to pray for the survivors..so that Allah s.w.t gives them strength and ease their pain.
If you've extra cash in your hand..why not donate it...think of it...Eid's around the corner..as much as u'ill like to celebrate it with new cloths and all...they too would like to celebrate Eid in a house...and not in a make shift tent.

al-Baqarah aya' 270:"And whatever ye spend in charity or devotion, be sure Allah knows it all."
